Attendance taken. General introduction to board.

  • Explanation of the Licensing Company’s Role

  • Discussion outlining how comped tickets function

  • Motion moved to remove Forums. Motion Passed.

  • Clarification for Premiere Events

    • Each game gets one a year

    • No longer need to fly out national support staff to attend

    • Plot kits written on network level will have “how to use” and resources that should allow games to use the kit without needing a great deal of network support.

  • Discussion relating to Advance Membership Sales - Tabled to later planning session

  • Discussion regarding creation of a resolution/communication/community standards board that will meet regularly outside of quarterly meetings.

  • Discussion relation to Player Advocacy / Player Transparency - Owners agree to approach their local communities to discuss what can and should happen

  • Discussion of DR Live

  • Discussion of Future Resources

  • Discussion of second, more official meeting with appropriate representatives once contracts are signed.
